Judging

On the 13th January 2007 I stepped into the ring to undertake my first judging appointment. I am very grateful to S.W.E.C.A (South West Essex Canine Association) for offering the judging appointment to me. It was a very enjoyable day although very nerve racking and I thank all the exibitors for their support. It was thrilling to learn one dog got its final points for its junior warrant. The Best Puppy went Gundog Puppy Group 3 and the Best Of Breed Gundog Group 2. I am looking forward to my future appointments.

I have attended the following seminars and passed all the relevant assesments:

* Breed Specific Seminar with 'hands-on' assesment (Flat Coated Retriever Society).

* Confirmation and Movement Seminar with 'hands-on' assessment

* Requirements of a Dog Show Judge seminar with 100% pass in the written exam.

I am on the Flat Coated Retriever Society C1 Judging List
